SpringForward Farms is seeking a Hydroponic Grower to join our team at our indoor hydroponic growing facility in Laurel, Maryland.
In this hands-on role, you'll help plant, cultivate, harvest, and care for fresh hydroponic crops while maintaining growing systems and supporting daily facility operations. Previous experience is welcome, but not required—we'll provide training for the right candidate.

We're now recruiting participants for our 100-hour Indoor Hydroponic Farming & Urban Agriculture Certification Program in Laurel, Maryland! This hands-on workforce development program provides real-world training inside a working hydroponic farm, equipping participants with the skills needed for careers in one of agriculture's fastest-growing sectors.
With small cohorts, flexible scheduling, and industry-focused instruction, you'll gain practical experience in hydroponic systems, crop management, food safety, controlled environment agriculture, and more. Recruitment is underway, with the first cohort beginning this September.
