Unleashing the creativity of a diverse workforce with unique abilities and needs

The 3D design and print process provides opportunities for employees to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork as they design and print products.

This emerging industry has many challenges to overcome if it is to compete with the low-cost foreign alternatives, however, the supply chain challenges induced by the global pandemic made it even more relevant to explore local customized manufacturing as an alternative.

Working with the software and hardware utilized in 3D Design and Print, the additive manufacturing process provides a gateway for entry into the IT field, which is experiencing a record shortage of trained workers. Stackable credentials are available to EVERY Employee.

While working with students from PHILLIPS Programs, SpringForward learned that 3D Design and Print was highly engaging and provided the foundational skills for careers in Information and Engineering Technology. Building upon this success, SpringForward Technologies offers Fellowships where EVERY Employee has an opportunity to earn and learn. Utilizing technical skills combined with creative applications, the Fellows earn stackable credentials and learn through authentic work experiences.

We’re growing.
