We Are Grateful
PHILLIPS has proudly completed 57 years of providing educational, social, emotional, and behavioral support to over 10,000 students, paving the way for their success in adulthood.
This year, we continued expanding our Career Partners Program, which now includes four career and technical education pathways:
• Building Trades
• Culinary Arts
• Hydroponic Farming
• 3D Design and Printing
Volunteers from EY and Deloitte supported building improvements and provided students with job interview skills and presentation coaching.
We also welcomed Zachary Haney as the new Executive Director of Programs and bid a heartfelt farewell to Trixie Herbert, our Chief Operating Officer, who retired after 24 years of dedicated service.
Our Impact
At PHILLIPS, our ideas, beliefs, and practices shape "The PHILLIPS Way," which emphasizes:
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Evidence-based and informed practices.
• Meeting students where they are.
• Practicing asset framing and providing positive supports.
Our team of over 225 dedicated professionals welcomes students every day with compassion and care. This year, we:
• Added a Youth Prevention Specialist to our staff.
• Conducted an in-depth risk management assessment, integrating its recommendations into our practices.
Upcoming Initiatives
PHILLIPS and SFV remain committed to advancing programs and services to support those who thrive with the right tools for success in school and employment.
2025 Goals:
Launch 2 new SF Farms locations.
Expand SF Feeds, our meal production company.
